Typically, the initial approval (pre-authorization) takes 2 to 4 hours after the hospital submits the request. Emergency cases are prioritized for faster processing.

Most plans cover room rent, diagnostics, and procedures. However, non-medical items like toiletries, food (for attendants), and certain disposables may not be covered depending on your policy.

If your provider is not on our cashless list, you can still undergo treatment and opt for 'Reimbursement' claims. We will provide all necessary documented proof and bills to assist your reimbursement process.
